Tech Support Request

 

 

NEED SOME HELP? Fill out the form below then press the submit button at the bottom of the form to send when you are finished.  Sending in this request is the best way to get support because it allows us to compile all the available information we have about your tool, begin to understand your question or problem, and make sure the best support person available for that type question gets back in contact with you. 

If you have a spam filter set up, be sure to add the shopbottols.com domain to your address book so that our email response will go through the filter.

  • If you're having a problem with a Part File, send that file to support in addition to sending in this request. Just attach it to an email message. Subject of this message should be "Part File from yourname for support". Include your name, company name, and contact info in the message body please. Due to increased virus activity, any email with no subject or message and an attachment will not make it through.

  • If your problem is related to how your tool is running, attach the Problem.log file that you will find in the  C:\Program Files\ShopBot\ShopBot 3 folder in an email to support.  Subject of this message should be "Problem Log  from yourname for support". Include your name,  company name, and contact info in the message body.
