We try to answer technical support requests within a few hours - including evenings, weekends and holidays; and we have an experienced tech support team ready to help with problems or questions about CNC cutting and machining.

Getting Training. We offer a variety of courses here in Durham to make you quickly effective with your CNC tool and to help you learn how to adapt CNC to the production needs of your shop. In addition, we can provide on-site training and installation services, specialized to your operations. Training videos and tutorials are available to help you with design software and CNC projects.
International Issues and Assistance. ShopBots can be found working productively in factories and workshops around the world. We are working to collect as much information as possible to help and guide international purchasers of our equipment. This includes information that will help you configure your tool to local electrical requirements, information on international shipping, customs and on other local matters that may be relevant to your region of the world. We sell our tools directly from the USA, but we are increasingly developing regional resources and representatives to help you efficiently and effectively adapt a ShopBot to your needs.
